Next Level Health has been a game changer for me. I feel and look better than ever. I first went to see Julie, the owner, to deal with pain in my wrists and hands following fractures to my wrists. She treated me, gave me exercises to perform at home, and I am now pain free. I then started training with Julie. She is a wonderful trainer. Most recently, I asked Julie to do a scan of my body (yes, it's a thing). She was able to identify my strengths and weaknesses and provide precious guidance. She reviewed my body type and discovered that I needed to change my diet somewhat. That session with her highlighted that my body needed more protein (it's not the same for everyone, and it should be noted that I am vegan). I changed my diet just a bit to add protein and reduce carbs, and I was astounded that within about a week I started feeling great, physically more solid and my mind is clearer. I also noted very positive changes in my physical appearance as well (for example, brittle nails became strong and smooth within two weeks, my workouts became more effective).

I’ve struggled with my leg for a couple of years, going numb locking up from a dirt bike injury. When I tell you I went there and felt so much relief I'm not kidding. Sciatic problems are gone.

A recent injury happened with my knee snowboarding thought it was busted, I was told i might be out for 8weeks with a possible surgery. I couldn’t walk on it the first two days turns out i called her and in two treatments im feeling so much relief and can walk on it without a brace or crutches in the same week.
